AssetGuard™ is currently in a private beta development phase and is working with a limited number of commercial and industrial property portfolios across Vermont and New England.
The platform is designed to help property managers, facility managers, and commercial real estate operators monitor and manage concrete infrastructure assets such as parking lots, sidewalks, loading docks, pallet traffic areas, and exterior slabs.
Because concrete infrastructure represents a large portion of building assets yet is rarely monitored systematically, AssetGuard™ focuses on helping organizations track inspection history, deterioration patterns, and infrastructure risk zones across properties.
Private Beta Access (Research & Development Phase)
AssetGuard™ is currently onboarding select property portfolios into its beta program as part of ongoing research and development.
During this phase, participating organizations receive full access to the platform at no cost while we refine features using real-world property environments.
Beta participants help us improve how the platform tracks:
• concrete inspection workflows
• crack and deterioration monitoring
• property risk zone identification
• freeze-thaw and moisture exposure tracking
• preventative repair planning
Because the system is still evolving, participation is limited to a small number of organizations.
Estimated Future Pricing
The pricing plans shown below represent estimated future pricing once the platform exits beta.
These estimates are based on typical commercial properties with 50,000 square feet or more of concrete infrastructure, including:
• parking areas
• sidewalks and pedestrian walkways
• loading docks and delivery areas
• pallet staging zones
• equipment traffic surfaces
Actual pricing may vary depending on:
• property size
• number of buildings or sites
• inspection frequency
• infrastructure complexity
Final pricing structures will be announced when the platform moves from beta to public release.
Who the Beta Program Is Designed For
AssetGuard™ beta access is intended for organizations responsible for large concrete infrastructure footprints, including:
• Commercial property managers
• Facility managers and directors of facilities
• Industrial operations managers
• Commercial real estate portfolio managers
• Warehouse and distribution facility operators
Properties with multiple buildings or high-traffic concrete infrastructure benefit the most from early access.
