SlabWorx, Vermont’s innovative, women-owned concrete repair specialist, is looking for Entry-Level Concrete Laborers to join our crew. This is a hands-on role for motivated individuals who want to break into the concrete trade, learn professional techniques, and grow into higher-earning positions like Concrete Technician or Finisher.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation, forming, mixing, pouring, and cleanup.
Carry and stage materials (concrete bags, rebar, gravel, etc.).
Support experienced crew members with repair and finishing tasks.
Keep job sites organized, safe, and efficient.
Learn and apply new concrete repair and finishing techniques.
