Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on concrete repair, crack patching, resurfacing, and finishing.
Assist with forming, mixing, pouring, and curing for sidewalks, slabs, and specialty concrete pads.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds Vermont state specifications and ADA requirements.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with the crew to deliver clean, precise finishes on every job.
Maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members.

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
