Track deadlines, organize files, and streamline processes.

SlabWorx, Vermont’s innovative and women-owned concrete repair specialist, is growing — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to personally support our Director. This is a dynamic role that requires professionalism, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, family-first company.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and problem-solve proactively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Construction or small-business experience is a plus but not required.
